Student Support Workers:
- Our CYCP Student Support worker is Nancy Roper. She is one of the Child and Youth Care Practitioners for Antigonish and Guysborough County serving St. Andrews Consolidated and Antigonish Education Centre. Her role as CYCP is to support students and classrooms by teaching behavioural strategies to facilitate growth in categories such as social skills, emotional learning, and cognitive mental health. She has a BA with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from STFX. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Behavioral Interventions and a Human Services Diploma from NSCC-Strait Area Campus and a Diploma in Office Administration.
